Greece up in flames

For anyone that’s been paying attention to Zues’ town, there has  been quite the amount of drama going down. It’s been pending for quite some time, and we’ve all seen it coming, but the Greek financial system totally went belly up recently. There have been made protests on the street, including a street fire bomb today that killed 3.

About an hour ago, the Greek parliament passed a bailout bill..in particular, three-year €30 billion package of austerity measures – basically, what everyone figured they’d do. The bill passed by 172 votes from a total of 300 lawmakers, surpassing the required 151 votes needed for approval. The votes against totaled 121.
